Angry Bear Pralines

Angry Bear is a small-batch artisanal candy kitchen specializing in flavored pralines. Headed by Amanda Painter, a self-taught candy maker with a love of both her deep Texas roots and her adopted state of Louisiana, Angry Bear Pralines blends classic comfort with with an unstoppable sense of adventure. Each candy is handcrafted in small batches from premium ingredients in enameled cast iron from a recipe based on Amanda's grandmother’s West Texas-style candies.

From the classic original recipe to creative new flavors, every batch is made fresh with a perfect balance of tradition and attitude. Fan favorites include original recipe, bourbon salted maple, bourbon apple pie, Mexican chocolate, midnight mint mocha, and pistachio lemon drop.

Of course, since memories are made around a table, gift/sampler sets, and corporate gifts are also available.
